Mason Horvath is THE only travel agency I’ll be using from now on. We took a chance on them 2 years ago when we wanted to make the most of a Germany visit. We had 15 days and 4 kids to entertain (ages 7-16) plus me and my husband. They did all the planning from the private drivers to the entrance fees to all the perfect sights to see each day. We stayed an an array of hotels that each were unique but always friendly with us. We had one big hiccup with a driver but Mason Horvath jumped all over that situation and even created a new policy to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Despite that, our time was remarkable so we chose to call on them again this past year to plan a European vacation to England, Scotland, & France. Laurie handled every detail and always bounced ideas off of me to ensure she was on the right track. My hubby and I worked down to the last day before departure and admittedly did not spend much time looking at the details of our trip. Fortunately, MH was just as awesome as last time and the AXUS app she put together for us always had us informed before each activity. We had the best tour guides, wonderful drivers, fantastic hotels, & perfect sights to see that were some popular and some not so popular to the lay traveler. I’ve referred a number of friends and colleagues to try Mason Horvath and see why we no longer stress over the vacation planning nor the vacation itself.

I found Mason Horvath through a Google search as we were trying to plan our trip to Florence, Italy. We brought our two boys with and knew they wouldn’t love a typical tour of churches and ruins. So we were set up with a local florence tour guide named Viola. She was amazing! Laurie did such an amazing job of finding us the right guide for our family with unique one-of-a-kind experiences. Viola took us on a 3-hour walking tour that ended with a private gelato making session with the owner of a local gelateria. Laurie really understood what we wanted as a family and came up with a plan that suited us perfectly! I am now going back to Laurie to help me with some wine country tours!

Our trip was fantastic. All the tours and all the drivers were great! We especially enjoyed our day in Capri. We also really liked our driver Roberto who took us on the tour of the Amalfi Coast. Thanks for the great job you did for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip.

Our trip to Italy was simply nothing short of OUTSTANDING!! The hotels by far were better than any other tour we had been on and all of the guides and details of the trip were knowledgeable and helpful. We were a small group which let us have some flexibility in our travels. I would highly recommend Dean to anyone planning a vacation.

I worked with Cathy over several months to develop a tour of Germany to meet our family requirements as to interests, what to see, transportation mode, hotel choices and other suggestions. The end product was just what we wanted. Unfortunately, circumstances prevented us from taking that trip with our family, but Cathy found a commercial trip that suited my wife and me. Cathy has been such a great help in helping me surprise my husband with an amazing trip to Germany. After I gave her a little back ground on our likes and dislikes she took it further and gave me undivided attention to personally get to know us. She also took the time to listen to my husband’s music to understand his passion for the ECM label. One of my requests as an anniversary gift was for him to be able to record at a ECM studio in Germany. Not an every day request but Cathy took it very seriously to make this happen. When we realized our son was going to graduate from the Coast Guard on the original dates we had selected for our travels she rewrote our adventure to dates that would allow us to see him graduate in New Jersey. I discovered Cathy Holler via the internet. Must have been in the stars because she is great. We wanted to join a tour group of Germany, Switzerland and Austria, but wanted to add some side trips. Her knowledge of Europe helped so much, enabling us to plan additional side trips. We wanted to visit the area of Germany where my ancestors came from and she arranged a special trip with a guide who spoke German. All thru the planning process Cathy was there for us.

My family and I recently enjoyed an extensive trip to Europe: Germany, Austria, and Spain. Cathy Holler of Mason Horvath Travel made the arrangements for us. We had excellent transportation with convenient airport and hotel transfers, and we stayed in nice hotels, close to all the action. We saw all the sights of Munich and southern Bavaria, Salzburg and Vienna in Austria, as well as Barcelona, Madrid and Toledo in Spain. She arranged a dozen very knowledgeable guides who made our tours and excursions much more informative, enjoyable and comfortable. Cathy is very skilled and experienced at her profession.
